16/09 According to Wikipedia and thefreedictionary.com, lagom is a Swedish word with no direct English equivalent, meaning "just the right amount". Swedish folklore has it that it is derived from the phrase "around the team" which was used to indicate how much honey-wine each Viking could swig from the passed around horn. It is enough, not too much and sustainable.
